Mourning is the pain and sorrow, denial, laughter, tears, anger and all the emotions we experience in our grief journey.
Candor is the ability to speak my truth with courage, authenticity, honest and raw regardless if others are uncomfortable.
Love is the place we all aim to land after loss. Love can help heal our wounds, comforts our souls and reassures us that our loved one is safe. When we get back to Love, we find some peace.
