Grief Candor and Love is about loss, bereavement and healing.
Grief
Grief is our initial reaction or response we feel when we hear that a loved one has died. The shock and denial.
Mourning is the pain and sorrow, denial, laughter, tears, anger and all the emotions we experience in our grief journey.
Candor
Candor is the ability to speak our truth with courage, authenticity, honest and raw regardless if others are uncomfortable.
Love
Peace & love is where we all hope and aim to land after loss. Love can help heal our wounds, comfort our souls and reassures us that our loved one is safe. Some have said that grief is love with no where to go. When we get back to Love, we can find some peace. Being kind, gentle and loving to ourselves is a priority.
